About the Formerly touring exhibition

“Formerly: an exhibition about disappearing London” is based around a cycle of 14 sonnets written by Tamar Yoseloff in response to a series of photographs by Vici MacDonald.

• The project comprises a limited edition chapbook and poster, poetry banners, field trip documentation, a map and guide, a reader participation project, and a sound performance. The exhibition was first shown at the Poetry Society’s Poetry Café in 2012, and in an expanded form at the Southbank Centre’s Saison Poetry Library in 2012-13. See the individual links below for more details of each exhibition and element.
